  • Rehabilitation of brickwork, replacements of the bricks, restoration of the joints
  • Joining, anchoring and bracing as protection for cracks and safeguarding buildings of natural stones
  • Void compaction to stabilise and strengthen brickwork
  • Injection of cracks with filling material such as reaction resin, cement suspension, cement lime or other suitable filling material
  • Elimination of humidity and salt damage
  • Outside protection of walling in contact with soil, with bitumen thick layering, bitumen welded lanes, defensive top plaster or sealing sludge bound by cement.
  • Cleaning of facades made of mineral construction materials
  • Outer protection by gel film (film protection)
  • Horizontal protection by mechanical processes and injection

  1. Survey and documentation of damages
  2. Testing at the surface
    • Quantitative Assessment of harmful substances (Chlorides, Nitrates, Sulfates)
    • Assessment of moisture and hygroscopicity at drilled cores:
    • Assessment of the type of brick
    • Assessment of capillary water absorption
    • Assessment of sorption moisture
    • Assessment of pore volume
    • Testing of swellable clay and assessment of the hygric moisture expansion and shrinkage
    • Assessment of conservation by using standard preserving agents
    • Recommending a reinstatement concept of rehabilitation and conservation measures due to preservation orders.
